Three years ago, I joined an excellent caller solutions company named Callapp.
After a few months since I started, Amit On, the CEO and Alon Zimmerman, VP RND, approached me and said that we are planning to upgrade our entire database.
At first, I thought, it’s going to be simple, use the migration guidelines in Cassandra tutorials and be done with it. Still, given that we wanted to go forward in 5 versions, it was a completely different story.
We worked quite a lot on a proper solution, which I have shared on the company blog page.
